Orders
All orders will only be kept on your profile for 72 hours (3days) if not paid for within 72 hours your order will be notifide. If your order is then not paid for within 4 days it will be deleted and the item/items re-listed.

All goods are posted within 24 hours Mondays - Fridays, once I receive conformation of your deposit by bank SMS, bank email or by faxing conformation to me at 086 666 4310.

Second Hand Games
All second hand Playstation games are test before being sold and therefore should work just fine. 8 Bit console games are also tested. All other games are NOT unless stated as being so.

Returns
We will gladly exchange your faulty new game with the same game if we have it in stock.

All new games are checked for light or deep scratch marks. Failure to work due to scratch marks WILL NOT BE REPLACED. This also goes for other VISIBLE disk imperfections.

If your game is second hand and is found to be faulty you will be given credit for its purchase amount once the faulty game is returned to Games 4 All.

Games 4 All will not refund ALL money paid on new or second hand games. If problems are found ONLY credit will be given.

All postage costs will be paid by the buyer, ONLY the return postage for the replacement to the buyer will be paid by Games 4 All. NO SPEED SERVICE.

Games 4 All will also only exchange or credit customers if the problem is reported within 48 hours after the collection of your goods from me or the post office.

Lost Orders
ALL ORDFER ARE POSTED BY INSURED MAIL.

If you order is lost by the SAPO it is up to the customer to resolver the problem with the SAPO. NO REFUND will be given by Games 4 All.

Please note Games 4 All post all items by insured postage, this will insure you will NEVER lose your money on an order. Games 4 All will be more than willing to help customers resolve problems related to lost items, working with the SAPO.

Old PC Games
Please take note. I sell collectable PC games some of which are very old, as far back as 1994 back when DOS was king. As such these games might not run on today's XP/Vista PC's. Games 4 All will not refund you in such a case. I sell them for there collectors value, it's up to you to get them working. If you do not know, one can run old DOS games using DOSBox www.dosbox.com.
